DOKULOG uses various tools which were developed by Dr. Robert Dekena during the last years. They support the different analysing approaches and questions regarding to the document logistics. One key benefit is the concentration on the calculation of costs in the means of TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).

Questions of the efficiency and cost benefit analyses of modern technologies are the main core of the DOKULOG services. Related to this topic we need to calculate the cost of present situations and simulate alternative situations. Therefore we use different tools.

We offer a simple tool to calculate the costs of a single printer, copier, or multifunctional system right here on our website. For more complex calculations please use CopyCalc.

We use CopyCalc for the analyses and simulations of complex output situations in any case it might be useful. CopyCalc is available in different languages. You can order e.g. via mail.  

For further cost analyses in other topics we developed InfraCalc which calculates the cost of IT infrastructures.
